Our group coaching programs are a hybrid of life coaching, group coaching and accountability coaching.


Our group coaching programs blend life coaching, group dynamics, and accountability coaching. Participants form intimate small groups of three to five people, fostering a space for personal growth and overcoming challenges.




By tapping into collective wisdom and support, participants set goals, deepen awareness, take action, and remain accountable. These programs offer the opportunity to both receive and share wisdom, creating a sense of belonging and synergy. With larger groups of 7 to 10 people, participants benefit from diverse perspectives and shared commitment. Group coaching provides a cost-effective and energizing way to achieve personal and professional goals.

By participating in group coaching, you will... Define a clear and measurable goal within the program theme and outline action steps to achieve it by program end. Gain insight and feedback on how your daily actions and attitude are sabotaging or promoting your success.

Embrace Your Greatness

Are you ready to break free from limitations and embrace the greatness within you?

  • An 8-week intensive group coaching program to empower your individual greatness.
  • Engage in lecturettes (25%), small group sharing (25%), and interactive exercises (50%).
  • Craft personal development strategies and receive two 1:1 coaching sessions.
  • Weekly sessions provide tools for embracing and sustaining greatness.


This course provides eight 60-minute weekly group coaching sessions, 2 one-on-one coaching sessions, peer accountability support, a strategic greatness plan, two early morning power booster calls per week, and weekly GREATNESS challenges.


Throughout the program, you'll design a Life of GREATNESS, explore thinking traps, discover how perfection blocks greatness, integrate greatness principles, and learn how feedback creates greatness.

Virtual physical training is provided twice a week in small groups (max four students) with a certified personal trainer, offering benefits like better brain health, stress management, weight control, improved sleep, boosted energy, and enhanced self-confidence. Yoga and meditation instruction is given virtually once a week in small groups (max seven students), promoting relaxation, stress management, and mental peace.
